central location, clean bathroom, comfortable bedding
The entryway felt neglected, with garbage cans in plain sight!!! Climbing 66 steps without any elevator or help was an unnecessary hassle. The multi-key system was complicated and annoying to deal with!!!

Location steals the show
The room was clean, stylish, and conveniently located just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. The friendly staff went out of their way to help, especially with airport needs.
The entryway needs improvement. it was cluttered and uninviting with garbage visible. Climbing the three flights of stairs without an elevator was a bit challenging, especially with luggage.
